Got 2 boar or's done for Great Helm. I don't think Shoshanna was very pleased with them, but i got them done and I was proud of my work. I'm trying my hand at calligraphy so the writing isn't 100% but I can honestly say that I tried and that I succeeded. Friday night Char, Barb and I hit up Club Congress and saw Mike Doughty do an acoustic live performance. That man is one hell of a guitar player. Made me itch to start practicing again. Ren Faire went off to a rocky start, but on a whole ended up going really well. I had an awesome time despite a lot of people not being there who I kind of wished had been there. Oh well.

I'm thinking I want to teach some classes on Middle Eastern garb, the do's and don'ts, Persian vs. Turkish, etc, etc. Someone brought it up this weekend and I think it would be fun. Oh so busy! School and work are pretty much filling my plate, but I'm still finding time to work on art projects. A&S is this weekend and none of my documentation is finished..... oy. Got a call from my mom this morning. Apparently my grama's been put into the hospital. They aren't sure what's wrong other than she's lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks. Not so good. Her kidneys haven't been doing so well so they're putting her on dialysis, but still.....
